1. Agreement

By creating an account or using WikiSure you agree to these Terms. If you are using WikiSure on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@wikisure.org of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have the right to process, don't attempt to breach security or rate limits, don't reverse-engineer the service, and don't use WikiSure to violate applicable law.

4. Your content

You own the documents and definitions you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to deliver the service. We do not train shared AI models on your content. See the Privacy Policy and Security & Trust page.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. Paid plans may include a separate SLA in the order form.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WikiSure's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes
