1. Who we are

WikiSure is operated as a semantic governance platform for enterprises. We act as a data processor for content you upload and as a data controller for account information.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: email, name, organization, authentication tokens.
  • Customer content: documents you upload, definitions you create, governance decisions, and derived findings.
  • Operational telemetry: anonymized usage metrics, error logs, and performance traces — used to keep the platform reliable.

3. Why we process it

To deliver the service you signed up for, to meet contractual obligations, to keep the platform secure, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Where it lives

Data is stored in the European Union (AWS Frankfurt) via our Lovable Cloud / Supabase infrastructure. See Security & Trust for technical detail.

5. How long we keep it

For the duration of your subscription. On termination we delete tenant data within 30 days unless you request a shorter window. Audit logs are retained 12 months.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Send requests to privacy@wikisure.org.

7. Sub-processors

Lovable Cloud (hosting / database), Supabase (Postgres + Auth), AWS (infrastructure). The complete list with regions is provided in the DPA.
